Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges

This week a brave and courageous federal judge said no to spying on Americans without court approval because it was unconstitutional. All I want to know is what is so damn hard about going to the FISA courts to get warrants to eavesdrop on Americans. But this administration has fallen back on the Roman Empire way of doing things. Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges literally means, “When confronted by arms, the law becomes mute”, Cicero. They want you to believe that Caesar can do no wrong. Have we become 21st century Romans? Even the Roman Senate knew that Caesar had to be stopped and he was. What is it going to take for the American citizenry to understand that Caesar needs to be stopped?

Did you know that Attorney General Alberto Gonzales (whom will go down as the worst AG ever) is talking about looking at the laws of the UK vs. USA laws to see if we need to take parts of UK law and add them to ours? The biggest and difference between UK law and USA law is the Bills of Rights of our constitution. Our laws are enough to protect us and all this wanting to change the laws and over look the constitution is all a power garb for the executive branch. There was information out there on the individuals of September 11. But the FBI field officer wasn’t taken seriously and if that had been the case these guys could have been stopped. Our laws works just find we just need competent people and agencies to implement them.

If the people of this country don’t stand up and say no to this present administration before it’s too late then many of our rights will be taken away. Individuals that enjoy adult entertainment should be the first in line to stand up and fight. Much of these changes will also help to attack the adult industry when they are able to focus their attention on it.
