This week a brave and courageous federal judge said no to spying on Americans without court approval because it was unconstitutional. All I want to know is what is so damn hard about going to the FISA courts to get warrants to eavesdrop on Americans. But this administration has fallen back on the Roman Empire way of doing things. Did you know that Attorney General Alberto Gonzales (whom will go down as the worst AG ever) is talking about looking at the laws of the UK vs. USA laws to see if we need to take parts of UK law and add them to ours? The biggest and difference between UK law and USA law is the Bills of Rights of our constitution. Our laws are enough to protect us and all this wanting to change the laws and over look the constitution is all a power garb for the executive branch. There was information out there on the individuals of September 11. But the FBI field officer wasn’t taken seriously and if that had been the case these guys could have been stopped. Our laws works just find we just need competent people and agencies to implement them.

If the people of this country don’t stand up and say no to this present administration before it’s too late then many of our rights will be taken away. Individuals that enjoy adult entertainment should be the first in line to stand up and fight. Much of these changes will also help to attack the adult industry when they are able to focus their attention on it.

Why Won't The Adult Industry Police Itself?

In a country where the political right wing establishment has declared they are in a cultural war. In a time where the federal court system has been flooded with judges with a right wing ideology, nominated by a born again Christian president and during a time in the country where the 3 branches of government has virtually merged into one Can any one explain to me why any one under 21 is being allowed to work in this industry? Why is it necessary for the industry to use 18, 19 and 20 year olds in their productions?

I understand that the legal age is 18; I don’t want some dumb ass bring this up, but I want to ask producers, why do you want a young girl that 6 months ago was at her senior prom? Why would you want to take advantage of a young girl that maybe a run-a-way? Why would you bring the adult industry to someone that’s really to young to understand the affect that her actions will have on the rest of her life? I don’t think much of talent agencies in the adult industry but I ask you why not have a self-imposed rule that an individual must be at least 21 to be “represented” by your company? To the adult “men and women” in this industry where is the honor in bring a child into this lifestyle? I don’t expect a lot from the people in this industry but is there no code no honor. Damn the mob has a code and they don’t hurt the kids of rivals.

Let’s say you are like 80% of the people in this industry without honor. Then let me frame this around something that you may understand, self-preservation. The industry needs to ask itself how much unnecessary heat is being brought to bear because of it’s willingness to use individuals under 21. I ask each producer to think about that but I really think it’s going to take another scandal like what happened with Traci Lords to break the industry of this bad and dishonorable habit. You know if you place a piece of meat in a smoker, it may take 10, 15, 20 hours to cook. You take that same piece of meat and place it over an open flame on the grill and you can see the meat cooking and juices flowing out of it in a few minutes. Right now I think the government has the adult industry in a smoker and they don’t even know they are being cooked. And they won’t know until the fork is stuck in them.
